March had the joint effort Breed Appreciation Day held with several other Breed Council Clubs. The day went well: all 9 people passed the multiple-choice exam, and 11 participated in Mentoring. Mentoring was split pending prior mentoring experience, which worked well for those taking part. This event was available in person and online, with 30 people attending the day. All of this equates to some organisation, but in my opinion, this is the best option for those taking part. On top of this JEP judging day, we had an A3 assessment. This A3 event was the final one for the breed, drawing a slight conclusion to that judging system.

2026 Health and Education reports are available below. These are typically produced following the early JEP event in the year and before the April Breed Council meeting.

I’d also like to remind everyone that our shows are in October 2026 and entries close on September 11th. Please ensure you enter early.
